Grand Rapids, Mich.—Mechanical contractor and fabricator Andy J. Egan Co. (Egan) has earned its second "Elite" Award for being among the Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation. The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) honored Egan as the "Best of the Best" Medium Business for 2024.

The NABR identifies best Human Resources Practices and benchmarks companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards. Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative business acuteness and human resource practices earn a spot on the list of Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation. Just 10% of companies that apply achieve this recognition, and Egan has appeared on this list consistently since 2014. Among those companies, only 14 are selected for Elite Awards. Previously, Egan had earned a National Elite Award for "Recruitment and Selection."

Egan is also consistently ranked one of West Michigan's top companies by the NABR's award program, most recently earning status as an "Iconic" Winner, a title given to companies who have received five or more Elite honors. To date, Egan has received 14 Elite Awards in West Michigan and has been named one of the region's top employers for 18 consecutive years.
