GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.—Mechanical contractor and fabricator Andy J. Egan Co. (Egan) has, for a decade straight, been named one of the "Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation" by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). Since 2014, Egan has earned the recognition of being among the nation's top employers.

The NABR identifies best Human Resources Practices and benchmarks companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards. Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative business acuteness and human resource practices earn a spot on the list of Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation, and just 10% of companies that apply achieve this recognition.

Egan is also consistently ranked one of West Michigan's top companies by the NABR's award program, most recently earning status as an "Iconic" Winner, a title given to companies who have received five or more Elite honors.
