Grand Rapids, Mich.—Mechanical contractor and fabricator Andy J. Egan Co. (Egan) has earned an Open Globe Award from Johnson Controls for its outstanding sales in 2023. Johnson Controls selected Egan from approximately 300 other contractors in North America and honored the company as “the best of the best” at a ceremony on February 9.

“This award is significant to Egan’s Building Controls Division because it recognizes our industry leadership and experience with Johnson Controls systems,” said Dave Antonowitsch, Egan’s Director of Service and Controls. “Customers can rely on Egan’s deep knowledge and expertise when looking to manage their building controls.”

Egan’s Building Controls Division consists of eleven team members, who are uniquely positioned to install and service Johnson Controls systems. As West Michigan’s only Johnson Controls Authorized Building Controls Specialist, Egan is able to leverage the world's largest portfolio of controls solutions to offer custom, turnkey packages for its customers.
