Grand Rapids, Mich.—Mechanical contractor and fabricator Andy J. Egan Co. (Egan) has again been named one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. This marks the 15th consecutive year that Egan has earned this prestigious designation. The National Association for Business Resources selects the winning companies annually, honoring for innovative and thoughtful human resources approaches.

The NABR will recognize recipients of this award at a virtual celebration on July 20, 2021. At that time, thirteen elite award will also be announced. Egan has been a recipient of ten elite awards since 2006, in categories such as “Best of the Best,” “Recruitment, Selection & Orientation,” “Compensation, Benefits & Employee Solutions,” and "Communication & and Shared Vision.” Since 2014, Egan has also been recognized as one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, including one national elite award.
