Tracy Siepker, Secretary & Treasurer

Much like her siblings, Tracy Siepker joined the family business while she was still in high school, making deliveries to jobsites and handling administrative tasks for several major projects – DeVos Place, the Spectrum Health Meijer Heart Center and Metro Health, to name a few. A graduate of Calvin College, Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business, and today manages Andy J. Egan Co.’s accounting department. Some of her major achievements have been implementing company-wide software upgrades to improve company operations. Outside of work, she is passionate about youth ministry and enjoys volunteering at her church. Tracy and her husband, Frank, have two children and enjoy spending time in Northern Michigan.
