Tom Jasper, Chairman

As Chairman of Andy J. Egan Co, Tom Jasper serves as the principal counselor to the entire executive team and mentor to his three children in leadership roles within the fourth-generation, family-owned company. Tom joined the family business as a teenager, working alongside his father and grandfather, Earl and Harold Jasper. He served as the company’s President from 1990 to 2015, a time in which Egan grew from a reputable plumbing and heating company serving Grand Rapids to a full service mechanical contractor and world-class fabricator.
