Mike Pulte, Director of Construction

Mike Pulte has been part of the mechanical contracting industry for nearly 30 years, having started his career as plumber, pipefitter/welder and project manager with his father’s company at age 20. Shortly after, he landed into an apprenticeship with Local 174, making him a skilled tradesman that took on many different roles before joining Egan in 1999. In his current role as Director of Construction, Mike focuses on project management, customer relations and establishing joint ventures with external partners. Mike has two daughters, Rose and Isabella and coaches girls’ basketball at their school, a volunteer role that he jokes can be as challenging – and at times more challenging – than his day job. In addition, Mike enjoys traveling and fishing with his family.
